Cherwell

Cherwell is a cloud-based IT service management solution.

Configure Cherwell on Demisto

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Servers & Services .
  2. Search for Cherwell.
  3. Click Add instance to create and configure a new integration instance.
    • Name : a textual name for the integration instance.
    • URL (example: https://my.domain.com )
    • Username
    • Client id
    • Trust any certificate (not secure)
    • Use system proxy
    • First fetch timestamp (
    • CSV list of objects to fetch. The default is incident, for example: incident,problem,service)
    • Max results to fetch (defualt is 30)
    • Advanced Query to fetch
    • Fetch attachments (include attachements in fetch process)
  4. Click Test to validate the URLs, token, and connection.

Commands

You can execute these commands from the Demisto CLI, as part of an automation, or in a playbook. After you successfully execute a command, a DBot message appears in the War Room with the command details.

1. Create a business object


Creates a business object.
